Gather 12 of your old stainless steel scalers/curettes from any manufacturer. We DO NOT accept plastic or resin instruments.
Only instruments clean of debris, sterilized, and packaged securely will be accepted. All others will be discarded.
Ship your box of instruments, completed Recycle Form and minimum (12) A.Titan Scaler/Curette proof of purchase, using any carrier of your choice.
