  • Choose which A.Titan "Life Steel" scaler or curette you would like to receive, and return the Form with your box of instruments.

Step #3

Prepare your shipment of old instruments 

  • Gather 12 of your old scalers/curettes from any manufacturer.
  • Only instruments clean of debris, sterilized, and packaged securely will be accepted. All others will be discarded.
  • Send us your box of instruments, and Form, via your favorite carrier. A.Titan does not cover this shipping cost.
